Exchange of High school students
An exchange program between the Kantonsschule Enge
in Zurich and 4 private High schools in the Bay Area
(Branson, Menlo, San Francisco University, St.
Ignatius) was implemented in 2004. First, students
and teachers from the Kantonsschule Enge visited the
Bay Area in November 2004. The Swiss students are
part of a so called “immersion class” at the
Kantonsschule in which most of the lessons are
taught in English.
The return visit of the students from the 4
participating Bay Area High schools to Zurich took
place in June 2005.
A new exchange program will start again in November
2005 for the year 2005/2006.
